The bob.

A simple yet striking hairstyle that seems to keep coming back into fashion. Will it never go? Curving around the face with sharp and angular shapes it is very good at accentuating the jaw line, and the cheek bones.
The bob works best with straight or near to straight hair, as it makes the hair cut sharper. Although it works just as well with curly or wavy hair.
A curly bob, if it works well, should be a wild mess of curls on our head, curling everywhere. Curly/wavy bobs also reduce the level of maintenance for a wearer of curly hair.

Many celebrities have had their fair share of 'the bob'. The most famous being the Posh Bob.

Her bob was the sort of one that will stay with her for her whole life. It was striking and different. It changed many people's perspective of the classic bob that many people had been forced in to have during their childhood. The classic bob. The boring bowl cut that so many people endured in their life. But Posh changed this.
Her inverted bob consisted of longer sides in comparison to the tapered part at the neck, making it very angular and asymmetrical.

Another famous face that we know to be rocking the bob, is British musician Jessie J.
Her striking and choppy bob is a more modern take on the classic. Dead straight, shiny and its very cube shape style makes it very eccentric and appealing. Her box fringe/bangs adds an extra element of creativity and beauty to it.
